Payment

Online payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store any payment details and you do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Delivery

Delivery to mainland UK is free for all orders.

Please note that we do not offer shipping options for artwork with glass. These can be collected from our gallery.

Depending on the size and weight of the order, we use couriers (DHL) or Royal Mail to fulfil the delivery of orders. Tracking reference will be provided.

Most orders are shipped the next working day and will reach the recipient within 7 days after receiving the payment.

Please contact us for orders outside of the UK.

 

Availability of goods and prices

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in your order confirmation.

We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it.

Validity

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of order

When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirmation.

Our contract

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Riverside Gallery until the product(s) ordered have been dispatched.

Returns

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. If for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to discuss arrangements for the return.

Damaged goods or incorrect deliveries

Please contact us immediately in the event of damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries.

Force majeure

Riverside Gallery have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed in accordance with English Law. You agree with Riverside Gallery to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

GENERAL

The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Riverside Gallery for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

Riverside Gallery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time.
